Japanese contemporary artist Takashi Murakami has opened “FLOWER CAFE” in Roppongi Hills through January 31, 2016.
While his first solo show in Japan in 14 years “The 500 Arhats” shows a darker side of Murakami’s artworks, “Flower Cafe” is a happy cafe full of his colorful, eye-catching artwork.
The space is decorated with his iconic and trademark flowers “grow wild” that are in full bloom on the floor, tables, walls, drinks (below is my flower latte) and food!
You can also enjoy the Roku Roku Seijin, a series of super cute characters Takashi Murakami created years ago specially for Roppongi Hills.
Don’t miss this cute cafe overflowing with Murakami flower power.
I’d like to thank Flower Cafe‘s staff who kindly let me shoot their beautiful Cafe… ありがとうございます!
