A brand new select shop “Ground Y” by Japanese designer Yohji Yamamoto has recently opened in Parco Part 1, Shibuya.
For the launching day last Friday 5th, well-known Singaporean photographer Leslie Kee was invited to shoot the first 100 Tokyoites who showed up in Parco as part of the promotional campaign to attract local and international customers.
Ground Y offers a selection of T-shirts, unisex denim, shirts and accessories and will be target to a younger crowd.
Yasuto Sasada / Yohji Yamamoto Collaboration
In addition, to celebrate the opening of “Ground Y”, Japanese artist Yasuto Sasada is also collaborating with Yamamoto. Under a “Geisha” motif, he’s exhibiting and selling his works at the boutique. Check out his amazing artworks and T-shirts!
I’d like to thank Ground Y’s staff who kindly let me shoot their beautiful boutique… ありがとうございます!
