Bibliophile 「ビブリオファイルブックストア/ 六本木」

Bibliophile, a glamorous and beautifully lit book store fits perfectly with designed furniture and decor objects from chic Axis Living Motif store upstairs.

I know… why would you leave the comfort of your couch to buy a book when with just a click of a button, you can have it delivered to your door?

Because visiting bookstores like Bibliophile is still a pleasant way to spend your time, flipping through their fantastic collection of books on product design, interior and graphic design, cooking, gardening and fashion.  You can also get previous issues of AXIS Magazine.

Seriously, bookstores are so beautiful they’re worth getting out of the house!

Some funny and smart quotes about books and bookstores…

“Books are the quietest and most constant of friends; they are the most accessible and wisest of counselors, and the most patient of teachers.” ~Charles W. Eliot

“A town isn’t a town without a bookstore.” ~Neil Gaiman

“A bookstore is one of the many pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking.” ~ Jerry Seinfeld

“Outside of a dog, a book is man’s best friend. Inside of a dog it’s too dark to read.” ~Attributed to Groucho Marx

I’d like to thank Bibliophile’s staff who kindly let me shoot their beautiful Bookstore…ありがとうございます!!

 ❤
