The Roastery by Nozy Coffee is one of the latest additions to the long list of cool cafes in town.
Inside the decor is minimalist and industrial with plenty of room for people who don’t mind having a coffee while standing. There is a large island situated across from the entrance where you can see the Baristas serve up your order. There is also a long wood counter on the side, with stools and some seating spots at the entrance.
Because there’s a roaster at the back of the café, it feels like a place where the real work of roasting beans is done. You can get your choice of daily roasted beans as well.
On the day of my visit, I had a latte with beans from Ecuador and it was delicious. Bonus: the cute latte art! (I’m a sucker for this, but honestly, doesn’t it just look lovely?) There’s also a selection of cookies and pastries in case a sweets craving hits.
The Roastery is one of those places to park yourself and your dog for hours.
PS: On the 2F of this building, you’ll find “Smokehouse” an authentic American BBQ restaurant.
I’d like to thank The Roastery by Nozy Coffee’s staff that kindly let me shoot inside their lovely café ありがとうございます!!
