Potager Marche, a vegetarian restaurant has opened in Nakameguro (potager means “Kitchen Garden” in French) .
Selling a smart selection of organic and vegetarian bento boxes, vegetarian sushi, fresh fruit juices, smoothies and vegetables-based cakes, this is a cool and healthy spot for lunch goers.
Eat in or take out are both ok. I decided to stay and ordered a creamy tomato curry and an Assam Blend Tea. ベジべんとう!! おいしいい!!
All the vegetables are from farmers around Japan so their menu is based on seasonal ingredients. The whole concept behind Potager Manger is the use or organic vegetables as the main ingredient.
Whether they prepare a curry, a piece of cake or a plate of sushi the result is a tasty, creative and healthy creation.
I’d like to thank Potager Marche’s staff who kindly let me shoot their cool store…ありがとうございます!!
