“We wanted to create a place where people felt at home, somewhere that people came back to often and the quality of the food shone.” – Rose Carrarini.
This open, modern, spacious and friendly café/restaurant is located at the top floor of the DSMG building and offers light and tasteful lunches, pastries and savory treats.
In 2002, Ms. Rose, a British woman, launched Rose Bakery, which acts as both a café and serves lunch. Choosing ingredients is a crucial aspect of the store, so most of their ingredients are organic.
Love how the vegetables and other produce are displayed in a market-style along one of the wall. You can also get Rose’s recipe book, teas, quinoa, etc.
The glass + aluminium dessert counter… What a treat!
Tea time ☆ Carrot Cake + Darjeeling Tea … おいしいい！☆
I’d like to thank Rose Bakery ’s staff that kindly let me shoot inside their beautiful cafe… ありがとうございます!!
