It’s no news that Japan is well-known for the wide variety and high quality of the paper produced here and Papier Labo is another example of this.
A little bit tucked away in quiet Sendagaya, you’ll find this small artisan shop full of papers, notebooks, seals, paper boxes and postcards among other petit trésors they have on display designed by Papier Labo itself, local and international artists.
Most of their goods are minimal stationery and beautiful handcrafted objects for your desk with a clean and modern design, including pencil sharpeners in the shape of little houses and stamps that resemble tiny tree trunks.
Papier Labo definitely produces quality printed items that are just simply impeccable and beautiful. They also offer custom printing using traditional method such as letter block press, personal cards and invitations.

Check the clips/sites below of Japanese paper artists. They all use paper as their primary medium and their artworks are stunning.
